Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their booking or order only if payment has not been completed. Once payment has been processed and confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted.
     

Cancellation Process:

To cancel your order: 

  • Once you have received the email with the payment details, please reply ‘Cancel my order’ along with the order invoice number and your name to the email. 

  • We will reply back with a cancellation acknowledgement. 
     

Important Note:

  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if payment has not been completed. If payment has already been processed and confirmed, the booking/order will be considered final and non-refundable.

  • Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of Vidyashilp Academy Fairtrade eCommerce store in extenuating circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unforeseen events. Any exceptions granted will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
