Delivery for products is scheduled on Tuesday and Friday each week. However, if you have an urgent requirement, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you promptly.

Do you offer same-day Pickup?

Pickups for products from the campus will usually be on the friday of each week. 
However if there is urgency of requirement of products, you may contact us and we will assist you with the same.

What payment methods do you accept?

For payment methods, please refer to the email that will be sent to you after placing an order. We strive to provide convenient and secure options for our customers.

Can we get it delivered at home ?

Please note that our primary mode of delivery is at the school campus as specified above, hence, Home deliveries are not typically available . However, for bulk purchases, arrangements can possibly be made for a porter to deliver the items at your cost. Please Contact us with the order details if you wish to get a bulk order delivered to your doorstep. 

How can I track my order?

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive status updates on the website and emails when the order is ready for delivery. This will enable you to monitor the status of your delivery. For home delivery, we will send an email to you containing the tracking number from the third party responsible for shipping the products. 

What is the procedure for returns or exchanges?

We understand that circumstances may change. Please refer to our return policy outlined in the email sent to you upon placing your order. (also available here) We strive to ensure a seamless process for our customers.

Are there any additional charges for bulk orders?

Depending on the size and nature of your bulk order, we might charge you a small amount for additional packaging. We will inform you over email beforehand if this is the case. 

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been received. Please refer to our cancellation and returns/refund policies for more details. 

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will do our best in assessing your query to provide a replacement. Products cannot be refunded for damage - only replaced. Please refer to our returns/refund policy for further details. 

Do you offer discounts for students or bulk purchases?

We periodically offer discounts for students and bulk purchases. Please stay updated with our promotions and announcements through our website or email notifications.

How do I contact customer support for further assistance?

For any inquiries or assistance, our customer support team is available from Monday to Saturday. Please reach out to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
