Returns and Replacements Policy

At the Vidyashilp Academy Fairtrade eCommerce store (“we” or “us”), we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. To ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience, we have implemented the following return policy:
 

No Returns Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased through our website or retail stores. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for any reason, including but not limited to, customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or if the product does not meet the customer's expectations.

Exceptions:

In rare cases where a product is damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement for damaged or defective items. Any such replacements will be made solely at our discretion and are subject to verification of the reported issue.

Our quality control team will thoroughly check all products for sale-worthiness, however some of the circumstances a replacement can be given are:

 

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or upon arrival, please contact us immediately at vsafairtrade@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement product for you at no additional cost.
     

  • Expired Products: If you receive a product that is past its expiry date, please contact us at vsafairtrade@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with the pictures of the product and the order details. We will verify the information and arrange for a replacement product with a valid expiry date to be sent to you.
     

  • Missing or Incorrect Items: If you receive an order that is missing items or contains incorrect items compared to your order confirmation, please contact us at vsafairtrade@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will verify the information and send you the missing or correct items as soon as possible.

 

Customers must provide photographic evidence of any damage or defect within 3 days of receiving the product. Failure to provide sufficient evidence within this timeframe may result in the denial of a replacement

 

Shipping and Handling:

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. This includes original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any additional charges related to the delivery or return of a product.

 

Customer Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review all product details, specifications, and images before making a purchase. By completing a purchase with the Vidyashilp Academy Fairtrade eCommerce store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this return policy.
